Primers | Neocolor Fondo

Water–based acrylic matt non cracking primer. Neocolor Fondo (white and in six colours) for the preparation of a wide range of surfaces as paper, cardboard, gypsum, wood, terracotta, masonite, fabrics and cloth. Neocolor Fondo can be used in any case when it is necessary to prepare absorbing surfaces even of dark colour, before applying acrylic colours, oil colours or solvent - based paints. It is excellent as smoothing product for rough surfaces, such as utilising the sepiapaper, to obtain surfaces particularly flat. It is ideal for decoupage, hobby and creative works. Neocolor Fondo can be used as primer colour in the napkin technique.
